About the role
We're expanding into Sonoma County and seeking a dynamic coach and community builder to join our Soccer Shots Sonoma team. This role combines passion for kids, sports, and leadership into a meaningful career path.
Responsibilities
- Start as a coach while helping expand our presence through connections with local learning centers, afterschool programs, and families
- Learn and implement age-appropriate curriculum and child development strategies
- Develop outreach skills and small business strategy
Requirements
- High energy, dependable, and ready to work with young kids
- Must be 18+ years old
- Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable making outreach calls and visiting schools in your area
- Willing to work both on the field and behind the scenes
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) units preferred but not required
- Passionate about working with children and fostering their growth
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with families and schools
- Outreach and networking skills

Pay & Schedule
Starting pay: $17.50/session during training, then $21–$25/session. Earn up to $30/session as you grow with us.
