Soccer Program Lead

Responsibilities

Supports the implementation and oversight of soccer programs taking place in conjunction with the Recreation Center.

This could include monitoring the facilities, special events, classes, field trips and various programs (SK2, Summer Camps, Corps programs), leagues, and tournaments.

• Show good character and be passionate about impacting others’ lives through the realm of Sports and Recreation
• Use excellent communication skills to work positively with different populations and build rapport with clients
• Ensure that a safe and healthy environment exists for participants

Qualifications

• A person of good character
• Able to follow directions
• Willing to work a variety of schedules as needed for programming
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Must be able to work well with others
• If this person will be needed to drive as part of their responsibilities, then they will need to have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a Salvation Army 12 passenger driving test
