Lead Soccer Coach

About the role

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational activities for children
• Ensure safety for all participants
• Provide individualized attention to ensure every child has the ability to succeed
• Use a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Have a blast and enjoy working with children

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching soccer at various youth levels
• Demonstrated ability to engage and entertain audiences with a fun and dynamic personality
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for working with athletes of all ages and skill levels
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
• A commitment to upholding the values and mission of our organization

Qualifications

• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and improve through regular trainings
• Knowledge of the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Pay

$25/hr, with potential to earn up to $35/hr
