Position Overview
The Lead Manager position at PurchRock involves making outbound calls, taking inbound calls, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role requires exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Answer/return phone calls from seller leads
- Collect and enter lead/property information into database
- Schedule appointments for sales team
- Follow up with and manage current and past leads
- Auxiliary in generating new leads through online ads and outbound calling
- Auxiliary in leading and assisting with onsite appointments
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly numbers for company scorecard
- Cook up and coordinate closings

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, Periodic Nights & Weekends
- Work Location: In-person
