- Create a positive, energetic atmosphere emphasizing teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship in addition to skill-building
- Oversee all aspects of class operations, from setup and execution to breakdown
- Maintain clear and timely communication with parents about their child's progress and any program updates
- Represent Soccer Shots as an ambassador, upholding brand integrity both during and outside of sessions
- Passion for teaching and working with young children
- Ability to engage children in a fun and developmentally appropriate manner
- Independence and leadership to lead a class of children as young as 2 years old
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Dependability, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Experience working with children ages 2-8
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Soccer skills or coaching experience
- ECE units or certification
- Starting pay of $25/hr
- Reimbursed mileage for work-related travel
- Accrued sick leave
- After six months, 401(k) retirement plan match up to maximum allowable 6%
- After twelve months, tuition reimbursement up to $1,500 for core ECE units in Child/Human Growth & Development; Child/Family/Community or Child and Family Relations; and Programs/Curriculum
