Responsibilities
- Planning for each shift
- Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards during the shift
- Ensuring safety, security, and profitability
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
- Meeting targets during their shifts
- Helping assigned Departments meet their goals
Requirements
- Up to six months learning the business to gain experience and competency
- Advance to Second Assistant after successful completion
- Earn a pay increase and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity
- Most trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
