Responsibilities

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards during the shift
• Ensuring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Meeting targets during their shifts
• Helping assigned Departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Up to six months learning the business to gain experience and competency
• Advance to Second Assistant after successful completion
• Earn a pay increase and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity
• Most trainees achieve the level of Store Manager after approximately 24-36 months
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
