Youth Soccer Instructor

The role

Soccer Shots is seeking a responsive and enthusiastic instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, professional, and enthusiastic about working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to each session
• Handle a group of up to 12 children
• Distribute end of season prizes and certificates of completion
• Communicate well with Soccer Shots leadership team
• Engage and interact with a group of up to twelve 2-8 year olds
• Be outgoing and animated
• Connect with children and communicate on their level
• Be very outgoing and animated
• Enjoy interacting with young children (2 – 8 years old)
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Have a high school diploma

Requirements

• Experience with soccer is preferred, but not required
• Willing and able to commit to a set schedule for each 8-11 week season
• Self-sufficient, communicative, and responsive
• Must be able to keep track of schedule and maintain effective communication with supervisors
• Must respond to communications from Soccer Shots leadership personnel within 24 hours
