Youth Soccer Coach Weekday

About the role

The Job Coach at Soccer Shots Lake County is responsible for conducting fun and positive classes following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum, assisting with program growth, and communicating effectively with parents, administrators, and other coaches.

Responsibilities

• Congratulate the kiddos for their hard work and achievements
• Help implement marketing strategies and spread awareness about Soccer Shots
• Act as the point of contact for parents, administrators, and other coaches
• Lead classes on weekday mornings 9-11:30am & afternoons 3-5pm and weekends 9am-Noon

Requirements

• Love working with children 2-8 years old
• Must be goofy, fun & energetic
• Prior soccer experience is not required
• Open availability and flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Passion for youth development and soccer
• Experience as a youth sports coach or soccer player is a plus
