About the role

Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity. Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots’ curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• Pass an FBI Background Check
• Authorization to work in the US
• Must own or have access to a printer
• Saturday and/or Sunday morning availability from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Qualifications

• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
