About the role

Soccer Stars, Long Island's premier youth sports organization, is seeking energetic, reliable individuals to join our team. We offer flexible schedules, training, and equipment, along with the opportunity to earn up to $200 for referring a coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic, high-fun soccer classes
• Create a positive and encouraging environment for every child
• Help children build confidence while learning new skills
• Celebrate effort, improvement, and teamwork
• Arrive prepared and on time for every session
• Continue developing your coaching skills through paid training and mentorship

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to local schools and parks
• Ability to pass a background check
• Passion for sports, fitness, and helping children grow
• Experience with sports, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, cheer, fitness, or childcare is a plus but not required
