Youth Soccer Coach - Early Childhood Development

About the role

Become an enthusiastic and reliable part-time soccer coach at Soccer Shots North Inland Empire. You'll bring "Soccer Island" to life with enthusiasm and creativity, leading fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8.

Responsibilities

• Bring "Soccer Island" to life with enthusiasm and creativity.
• Independently lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, including field setup and takedown.
• Utilize our expert-designed curriculum and early childhood development techniques.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.
• Work independently 90% of the time, confidently managing your own sessions.

Requirements

• No prior coaching experience is required—we provide full training!
• Passion for children, sports, and making a difference.
• Energetic, engaging, and responsible personality.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of young players.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills.
• Willingness to obtain state-required clearances.
