Early Childhood- Youth Soccer Coach

Soccer Stars Coach positions are available for energetic and fun-loving individuals who want to make a difference in children's lives. This role offers training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and educational activities for children
• Ensure safety for all participants
• Use individual attention to help every child succeed
• Implement a non-competitive approach to keep classes fun and stress-free
• Encourage children to improve using positive reinforcement

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Available to coach on Saturdays
• Passion for working with children and helping them develop skills and confidence through soccer
• Reliable transportation for traveling to different class locations
• CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred but not required)
• Able to pass state and FBI background checks (includes DUI/DWI)
• Attendance and punctuality are paramount

• Ability to teach classes in an organized, structured, and fun manner
• Maintain energy and enthusiasm throughout classes

• A natural flair for exuding positivity and energy in any situation
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
