Youth Soccer Coach & Development Coordinator - Year Round

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. We pride ourselves on our unique age-based curriculum which is customized for children ages 1-10 with a focus on fun themes, progressive skills and confidence building.
THE POSITION
Become a local face for the fastest growing youth soccer program in the North Bay! We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will help our little stars develop a love for soccer in a positive, non-competitive environment. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with or teaching children, is extremely reliable and has a positive, engaging energy.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 1pm-5pm (required)
- Saturdays: 9am-12pm (required)
- Sundays: 9am-12pm (optional for additional hours)
- Monday-Friday: 9am-12pm (optional for additional hours)
Requirements
- Minimum 15-20 hours per week guaranteed
- Required weekly availability: Monday-Thursday 1-5pm, Saturday AM
- Optional Weekly availability for additional hours: Monday-Friday 9am-11am

Pay
Initially as an Assistant Coach, the pay is $25 per hour. Once the candidate successfully transitions to a Lead Coach role, the pay increases to $30 per hour, with incremental pay increases every 6 months.
