Youth Soccer Coach
About the role
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8. You’ll laugh, break a sweat, and go home knowing you made a difference. Local candidates only (no work status or visa sponsorship available).
Schedule
Hours between Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm and Saturday–Sunday, 9am–12pm. Must be available to work one weekend day. A full ten-week commitment is required to take on a lead role.
- Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are optional
- Saturdays: mornings are required
- Flexibility to change availability from season to season (winter/spring/summer/fall)
- Only scheduled for sessions closest to you
Pay
Competitive base pay:
- Training rate: $22/hour
- After training: $25/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time)
- Up to $35/hour through advancement

Responsibilities
- Bring “Soccer Island” alive with enthusiasm and creativity
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
- Utilize Soccer Shots’ expert-created curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers
