Youth Residential - 2nd Shift
About the Role
Provide quality, youth-centered care that facilitates a safe and successful trajectory for youth/young adults ages who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Services are provided in a short-term shelter setting and include crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based research.

Responsibilities
- Deliver crisis intervention, screening, assessment, counseling, and case management in a short-term shelter setting
- Build purposeful and respectful relationships with youth using trauma-informed care
- Work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes through evidence-based practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Proven experience working with children, families, and diverse populations
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability, including ability to work 2nd shift
- Ability to occasionally work other shifts for supervision, training, and shift coverage
- Full-time position requiring some (not all) weekend work
Pay
3rd Shift and Weekend shift hours are paid a $1.00 per hour premium above the regular hourly wage.
