Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing the LoopYouth program structure
- Support creation of SOPs, onboarding materials, and youth engagement workflows
- Contribute to curriculum development including life skills, financial literacy, emotional wellness, and violence prevention
Youth Engagement and Support
- Assist with outreach to youth and families
- Support intake and onboarding of program participants
- Maintain communication and follow-ups with participants
- Help ensure a safe and supportive virtual environment
Partnerships and Community Outreach
- Support outreach to schools, juvenile programs, community organizations, and local partners
- Aid in identifying mentorship and program collaboration opportunities
Program Operations
- Track participant engagement and progress
- Assist with reporting and program metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams supporting housing, workforce, transportation, and wellness initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or coursework in social work, criminal justice, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience working with youth, at-risk populations, or justice-involved individuals preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for community impact and youth development
