Youth Reentry/Prevention Program Manager (Volunteer, Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing the LoopYouth program structure
• Support creation of SOPs, onboarding materials, and youth engagement workflows
• Contribute to curriculum development including life skills, financial literacy, emotional wellness, and violence prevention

Youth Engagement and Support

• Assist with outreach to youth and families
• Support intake and onboarding of program participants
• Maintain communication and follow-ups with participants
• Help ensure a safe and supportive virtual environment

Partnerships and Community Outreach

• Support outreach to schools, juvenile programs, community organizations, and local partners
• Aid in identifying mentorship and program collaboration opportunities

Program Operations

• Track participant engagement and progress
• Assist with reporting and program metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams supporting housing, workforce, transportation, and wellness initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or coursework in social work, criminal justice, psychology, education, or related field
• Experience working with youth, at-risk populations, or justice-involved individuals preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Passion for community impact and youth development
