Responsibilities

  • Facilitating one-hour interactive life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with K-8 students
  • Conducting daily motivational sessions to ensure 100% of students achieve their weekly application-based goals
  • Developing Guides via direct observation, precise feedback, and practical skill-building
  • Analyzing Coachbot data and individual student records to pinpoint students requiring intervention
  • Mentoring your assigned student cohort, demonstrating the coaching and motivational approaches you require from all Guides

Requirements

  • Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Beverly Hills, CA; Piedmont, CA; Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Miami, FL; Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Seattle, WA (relocation assistance available)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred; traditional teaching certifications are not required)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable field
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing educational programs, curricula, or training frameworks
  • Proven history of managing a team of 5 or more individuals, including responsibility for recruitment and performance-related termination decisions
  • Background in coaching, mentoring, or delivering constructive feedback to enhance engagement and outcomes
  • Professional experience working with youth ages 5–14 in educational or developmental contexts
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or Business
  • Experience as an athletic coach, camp director, or youth program coordinator where you directly motivated children to achieve quantifiable objectives
  • Background coaching adults in positions where performance was systematically measured and evaluated
  • Demonstrated ability to engage large groups of children
