Responsibilities
- Serve as a peer ally and mentor to children and youth receiving Wraparound services.
- Offer authentic support, foster trust, and champion the voice and choices of the child/youth.
- Prioritize emotional support, peer connection, and advocacy throughout the Wraparound process.
- Ensure the youth’s lived experience is recognized, their voice is heard, and their autonomy is respected.
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.) required.
- Experience: Personal experience as a consumer in the child welfare, probation, or mental health systems.
- Licensure & Certification: YP II - SB803 - Peer Support Specialist Certification required; YP I - SB803 - Peer Support Specialist Certification required within one (1) year of hire.
- Valid California Driver's License and maintenance of a driving record that meets the company driver eligibility policy.
Qualifications

Pay
$21.33 - $22.43 USD Per Hour
Schedule
Part Time, 24 hours a week (flexible schedule)
