About the Role
As a full-time member of our Leadership Team, the Youth Minister will help our church family reach out, show love, make disciples of our youth, and grow their faith. The role focuses on building relationships with junior high and high school students while equipping parents as disciplers of their children. The goal is to develop a discipling process that helps young people grow consistently as disciples and leaders across different life stages, fostering connections between church, home, and the community.
