Youth Mentor Weekends

About the role

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part‑time positions are available. You will support clients in their homes and in the community, helping with skill‑building activities and personal goal development.

Responsibilities

• Support, encourage, and help with skill‑building activities in clients’ homes.
• Accompany clients into the community to foster personal goal growth outside the home environment.

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
