Youth Mentor - Falcon Ridge Ranch

What You Will Do

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program.
• Create a supportive atmosphere for the students' needs.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 21 years old
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass a physical examination
• Pass a Tuberculin (TB) screening

Schedule

Shifts available: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm or 8:00 am to 9:00 pm with 1 hour break (12-hour shift).

Long week schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Short week schedule: Wednesday, Thursday.
