Youth Instructor

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Youth Instructors to join our dynamic team at Gymnastics World of Georgia. Our goal is to inspire the next generation of gymnasts, dancers, and ninja warriors while fostering a supportive and high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead training programs tailored to athletes' goals and skill levels.
• Coach athletes of all skill levels and ages, focusing on technique, strength, flexibility, and routine perfection.
• Prepare gymnasts for competitions, providing encouragement, support, and guidance.
• Foster a positive, confidence-building atmosphere where athletes feel empowered and unstoppable.
• Communicate openly with gymnasts, parents, and staff about progress and goals.
• Ensure safety is a top priority in every session and event.

Requirements

• Experience working with kids and teens.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping young athletes succeed.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
