About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Youth Instructors to join our dynamic team at Gymnastics World of Georgia. Our goal is to inspire young athletes to reach their full potential while fostering a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome training programs tailored to athletes' goals and skill levels.
• Lead practices focused on technique, strength, flexibility, and routine perfection.
• Prepare gymnasts for competitions, offering hype, support, and guidance.
• Foster a positive, confidence-building atmosphere where athletes feel unstoppable.
• Keep open communication with gymnasts, parents, and staff about progress and goals.
• Ensure safety comes first in every session and event.

Requirements

• Experience working with kids and teens.
• Ability to coach athletes of all skill levels and ages.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for connecting with people.
• Positive vibes, patience, and a passion for helping young athletes succeed.
