Youth for Resilient Communities
About the Program
Youth for Resilient Communities (Y4RC) is a free program for youth (ages 18-30) across Canada, with all costs covered by Waterlution. This initiative brings together young change-makers to learn how to create impact in their communities by addressing urgent climate and water challenges.
From October 1, 2026 – March 1, 2027, 30 selected participants will engage in immersive experiences, including a 7-day in-person gathering in the Northwest Territories in October 2026. This gathering will feature extensive training, on-the-land teachings, and learning alongside local Indigenous knowledge keepers, serving as the foundation for developing community service placement projects.
