Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of young professionals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with adult learning theories and methodologies.
