About the role

The Youth Evolvement Specialist (ISY) plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within our organization. Reporting to the Director of Youth Programs, this position is responsible for implementing and managing youth development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive youth development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate youth engagement strategies into overall business operations.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from youth participants to inform program improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team of youth development coordinators.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in youth development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, social work, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth development or related field.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Passion for youth empowerment and community development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
