Youth Entrepreneurship Program Director, Founders School - $200,000/year USD

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain daily execution momentum across your assigned student cohort using standups, coaching touchpoints, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead weekly 1:1 coaching conversations and daily progress check-ins that enable students to navigate challenges and sustain forward movement.
• Track student activity within FounderOS, spot early signs of stagnation, and mobilize support resources as required.
• Facilitate introductions between students and mentors, founders, operators, and growth opportunities.
• Design and deliver workshops, events, and shared experiences that deepen culture and elevate performance expectations.
• Demonstrate practical AI application and support students in integrating AI across their ventures, workflows, and strategic thinking.
• Accompany students on 3-4 school trips annually.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Offering in-depth strategic business advisory as students develop their ventures.
• Tolerating results that underperform a student's proven capacity.
• Delivering academic instruction.
• Facilitating workshops in areas outside your competency.
• Making generic referrals or introductions that fail to align with Founders School quality standards.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in leadership positions or high-impact individual contributor capacities at startups, growth-stage ventures, or equally rigorous settings.
• Comfort participating in entrepreneurial dialogue and the judgment to escalate to specialized expertise when necessary.
• A unique capability beyond coaching: workshop design, event orchestration, content production, community cultivation, network expansion, or another high-value skill.
• The presence to capture the focus of ambitious teenagers and build an environment they are eager to join.
• Regular use of AI tools supported by concrete examples of how AI enhances your productivity.
• Availability to work on-site in New York City (relocation assistance available).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Laundered or co-launched a company.
• Coached, mentored, or run initiatives for teenagers or young adults.
• Personal network of founders, operators, investors, or advisors.
• Startup experience in early phases where you managed diverse responsibilities and created systems independently.
