What You Will Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day execution and forward movement within your assigned student cohort using standups, coaching conversations, and accountability frameworks.
- Facilitate weekly individual coaching meetings and daily progress touchpoints that enable students to navigate challenges and sustain momentum.
- Track student activity within FounderOS, detect slowing progress proactively, and arrange support interventions as necessary.
- Link students with mentors, entrepreneurs, operators, and pathways that speed their development.
- Organize workshops, gatherings, and community initiatives that deepen culture and elevate performance expectations.
- Demonstrate hands-on AI application and guide students in embedding AI tools into their ventures, operations, and decision frameworks.
- Accompany students on 3-4 school trips annually.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Delivering in-depth strategic business advisory as students develop their ventures.
- Tolerating output that sits beneath a student's proven capability.
- Instructing traditional academic coursework.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years in leadership or high-impact individual contributor positions in startups, scaling ventures, or equivalently rigorous settings.
- Comfort participating in entrepreneurial discussions and awareness of when specialized expertise should be engaged.
- A distinct capability beyond coaching: workshop design, event production, content development, community cultivation, relationship building, or another equally impactful skill.
- The capacity to capture the focus of driven teenagers and build an environment they are eager to join.
- The skill to provide challenging feedback in ways that elevate both drive and results.
- Regular use of AI technologies with concrete examples demonstrating how AI enhances your output.
- Readiness to work on-site in New York City (relocation assistance available).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience founding or co-founding a company.
- Background coaching, mentoring, or managing programs for teenagers or emerging adults.
- An established network of entrepreneurs, operators, investors, or advisors.
- Early-stage venture experience where you managed diverse responsibilities and created systems from the ground up.
