About the role
We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and accountable leader to take ownership of our Youth Department.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Kids Club and Summer Camp operations
- Plan and execute high-energy, structured, and engaging programming
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop your team
- Create a safe, organized, and fun environment for kids
- Build strong relationships with members and families
- Drive camp enrollment, participation, and retention
- Lead tours, follow up with families, and support program growth
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily operations
- Ensure proper supervision and safety standards at all times
- Handle member concerns and incidents with professionalism
Requirements
- You love working with kids and leading teams
- You bring energy, structure, and accountability
- You’re organized, proactive, and solution oriented
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You take ownership and follow through
Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 2+ years working with children or youth programming
- Leadership or management experience
- Camp, sports, or childcare background is a plus
