About the role

This position is designed for coaches, mentors, youth facilitators, performers, tutors, and educators who define success through student transformation. Every candidate reaching the final stage spends an entire day coaching actual Alpha students prior to offer extension.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating energetic, one-hour life skills sessions for students in grades K-8, building communication, perseverance, concentration, leadership, and other enduring competencies while continuously enhancing workshop quality.
  • Providing one-on-one and small-group coaching guided by Coachbot analytics, customized accountability measures, and Alpha's motivational frameworks to ensure each student reaches ambitious weekly objectives.
  • Evaluating life skill proficiency via Test2Pass and delivering focused coaching until all students exhibit true competence beyond mere attendance.
  • Modifying your coaching approach for elementary and middle school populations, recognizing when a five-year-old requires physical activity and positive reinforcement versus when a thirteen-year-old needs candid accountability.

  • Capable of articulating a concrete instance where you inspired a student to accomplish a challenging objective, detailing your methodology and the result.
  • Enthusiastic about allowing AI to manage academic instruction while you concentrate on coaching, motivation, and life skills cultivation.
  • Likely authorized for U.S. employment without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background coaching youth athletics, debate, performing arts, camps, extracurricular programs, or other performance-oriented activities.
  • Documented track record of exceptional achievement in academics, sports, leadership, or another competitive domain.
  • Compelling stage presence and narrative ability that maintains student attention without resorting to raised voice or punitive measures.
  • Prominent capability transforming unmotivated, resistant, or underperforming students into engaged, self-assured learners.
