At Hillcrest Educational Centers, we support children and adolescents with unique behavioral, health, and learning needs. Youth Development Professionals help create a safe and supportive environment where students can grow, make better choices, and build the skills they need for the future.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the students in your care
- Guide students toward positive choices and stronger decision-making skills
- Work alongside teachers, clinicians, and other professionals as part of a supportive treatment team
- Help each student succeed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the field required
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and adolescents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The pay range is $22.00 - $25.25/hr, with an additional $0.82/hr or $2.75/hr based on experience, making this a strong opportunity for those looking for meaningful work with competitive pay.
Schedule
Part-time or Full-time positions are available, with a 4-day work week.
