About the roles

Wildwood Hills Ranch is seeking Youth Leaders, a Young Leader Director, and a Leader for Life Director to guide 13–18-year-old participants through interactive, purposeful activities and team-based relationships. These roles focus on helping students discover their unique gifts and passions while fostering spiritual formation, leadership, and character development.

Youth Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 13–18-year-old participants in experiential activities, small groups, and individual coaching.
• Support the Young Leader and Leader for Life Director in facilitating daily Bible studies and activities for spiritual formation, leadership, and character development.
• Welcome and orient youth upon arrival.
• Help execute the program schedule and track student participation.
• Assist in Young Leader weekend activities.
• Support the selection of program graduates and implementation of graduation ceremonies.
• Distribute and collect coaching cards for participants.

Young Leader Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Young Leader participants in spiritual formation, leadership, and character development.
• Create an environment that helps students learn about themselves, serve others, and grow in leadership and faith.
• Disciple and encourage youth development specialists in leading 13–16-year-old students.
• Confirm registered participants and communicate registration or check-in logistics to families.
• Plan and schedule Young Leader weekends.
• Assist in creating and distributing the program schedule.
• Facilitate daily and weekly meetings for participants.
• Oversee training, Bible studies, and growth opportunities.
• Plan and implement Young Leader graduation ceremonies.
• Collaborate with the Leader for Life Director and Youth Development Director on program transitions for graduates.

Leader for Life Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Leader for Life participants in spiritual formation, leadership, and character development.
• Create an environment that helps students learn about themselves, serve others, and grow in leadership and faith.
• Confirm registered participants and communicate registration or check-in logistics to families.
• Assist in creating and distributing the program schedule.
• Facilitate daily and weekly meetings for participants.
• Oversee training, Bible studies, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Young Leader Director and Youth Development Director on next steps for Young Leader graduates.
