Help students discover their unique gifts, talents, and passions and begin to point them to how they can make a difference in the world around them. Invest in middle school and high school students through experiential activities, small groups, and individual coaching. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support Young Leader and Leader for Life Director in the facilitation of daily Bible studies and activities designed for spiritual formation, leadership development, and character development.Help welcome and orient youth to Wildwood upon arrivalHelp Director execute schedule and track student’s participation in all activitiesAssist in the execution of Young Leader weekendsAssist in the selection of program graduates and the implementation and celebration of the graduation ceremoniesDistribute and collect coaching cards for participants YOUNG LEADER DIRECTOR The Young Leader Director is responsible for leading and coaching the Young Leader participants to grow in spiritual formation, leadership development, and character development. Create an environment and program that helps students learn more about themselves, serve those around them, and grow in their leadership and faith. Disciple and encourage youth development specialists to succeed in leading 13-16 year old students. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Confirm registered participants and communicate all necessary registration or check-in logistics to families and participants.Plan and schedule the Young Leader weekendsAssist in creating and distributing the program scheduleFacilitate daily and weekly meetings for participantsOversee training, Bible studies, and growth opportunities for participantsPlan and implement the Young Leader graduation ceremoniesCollaborate with the Leader for Life Director and the Youth Development Director for graduates and recommendations for the next program LEADERS FOR LIFE DIRECTOR The Leader for Life Director is responsible for leading and coaching the Leader for Life participants to grow in spiritual formation, leadership development, and character development. Create an environment and program that helps students learn more about themselves, serve those around them, and grow in their leadership and faith.
