About the role
Clarvida is seeking Case Managers to support adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis at our Youth Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and support to clients in behavioral health crisis
- Aid clients in achieving recovery goals and accessing community resources
- Offer education and support around life skills, healthy living, and wellness
- Help clients connect to support groups and community networks
- Aid with maintaining life supports such as housing, income, and daily living tasks
- Document services and collaborate with the interdisciplinary crisis team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Human Services field preferred: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Education, Behavioral Sciences, Nursing, etc.)
- Familiarity with community mental health resources (preferred)
- Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
