At Rite Care, we provide after-school intervention to at-risk youth. Students report to the Evening Learning Center (ELC) to participate in evidence-based groups, skill building, tutoring, mentoring, case management, and other structured activities during the time of day that is the highest risk for anti-social behaviors. Rite Care operates as a diversion program for youth at risk of becoming involved in the Juvenile Justice System, or those who are currently involved and need additional community support.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and oversee the program
- Lead groups and structured activities
- Monitor, supervise, and maintain daily contact with assigned youth
- Report to the Program Manager and Program Director
Requirements
- BA/BS in a related field (required)
- 1 year of prior experience working with at-risk juveniles and their families, or other related experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test

Pay
Starting at $50,000 per year
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Occasional weekends may be necessary for special events.
