What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops for Pre-K through 8th grade students covering public speaking, sustained focus, collaborative work, and constructive feedback practices (experiential and project-driven format)
- Conducting daily individual and small-group motivation sessions where you assess each student's adaptive learning app progress (leveraging Coachbot analytics), establish goals, and drive them toward 100% weekly target achievement
- Overseeing and evaluating Test2Pass assessments to verify genuine mastery of each life skill, beyond simple participation
- Tailoring your coaching approach across a broad age spectrum, from Pre-K learners requiring high energy and physical activity to 8th graders needing direct, accountable conversations
- Cultivating authentic relationships with every student so they develop the trust needed to accept your guidance through resistance, distraction, and moments of self-doubt
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Presenting lectures or providing traditional academic content delivery (core subjects are learned through adaptive applications, not instructor-led teaching)
- Creating original lesson plans or designing curriculum (Alpha supplies structured life skills playbooks; your responsibility is to execute them with energy and compelling storytelling)
- Handling parent communications or administrative school functions (Campus Leads manage those areas; you remain concentrated on student coaching)
- Evaluating homework assignments or preparing students for standardized exams (these elements are not part of Alpha's model)
- Operating independently (you function within a campus team alongside Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who exchange feedback and maintain mutual accountability)
