Crossover · Norman, OK · Yesterday
Consulting$50/hrFull-time

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops with high school students covering subjects such as public speaking, concentration, and giving and receiving feedback, followed by measuring mastery via a structured Test2Pass assessment
  • Conducting daily motivation sessions that leverage Coachbot analytics to engage with individual students, determine where they're encountering obstacles in their learning apps, and help them overcome resistance
  • Create personalized motivational approaches with students, including reward systems and incentives that encourage self-directed advancement in their academic applications
  • Examine curriculum and lesson plans prior to each session, then adjust your delivery according to how you assess the group dynamic

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Teaching traditional academic subjects. Software manages math, reading, and all other content areas.
  • Managing a school or supervising a team. No budget responsibilities, no hiring duties, no operational meetings; your complete attention is on your student cohort.
  • Enforcing discipline through conventional authority. No detentions, no suspensions, no "because I said so."
