Youth Clinician - Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC)

About the role

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Youth Clinician to join their Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team. This role provides direct clinical assessment and intervention for consumers aged 18-25, facilitating an integrated team approach that includes services from Youth Peer Specialists, Family Partners, nursing, and psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical assessment and intervention for consumers aged 18-25
• Facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan
• Develop individual treatment plans for psychotherapy needs
• Coordinate and integrate all components of the CBHC team members' services in collaboration with the consumer and relevant family/guardian

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• PH.D., Ed.D., or PsyD preferred
• Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required
• Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline

Qualifications

• Bilingual may be required depending on the needs of the program

Skills

• Demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced-based practices as determined by CBHCB

Pay

Based on experience and chosen Productivity Level - Unlicensed Clinician: $68,958.50 - $74,263/salaried
Independent Licensure: $72,141.20 - $77,445.70/salaried

Schedule

• Full Time, 40 hours per week
• Two scheduling choices available:
• Schedule Option 1: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm
• Schedule Option 2: Sunday, 9am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday, 12pm to 8pm
