Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group attendant care to children with SED through age-appropriate activities aligned with treatment goals
- Deliver services in homes, schools, on-site, and community settings, including evening availability as needed
- Cookordinate schedules with families to ensure consistent and reliable support
- Document services, progress, and observations in each child’s health record
- Receive crisis response training to provide one-on-one support, promote medication compliance, and advocate for each child’s mental health needs and community inclusion
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 21 years-of-age or older
- Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
- Basic personal computer skills which enable the entry, retrieval and use of electronic data
- A valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance maintained in accordance with Pawnee policy and procedure
- Preferred: Post-secondary education in a human services field and/or related work experience
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office software

Pay
Up to $2,000 annually in bonus pay by meeting client care expectations
Schedule
Generous PTO Start earning 8 hours of PTO per month—equivalent to 12 days per year and increasing to 18 days after your first anniversary
