Youth Cheerleading Coach
Key Responsibilities
MVP360 Sports is expanding its youth development programs by launching cheerleading camps and clinics for military children and families at various military installations across the U.S. and potentially overseas. As a premier youth development organization with over 13 years of experience, MVP360 Sports uses sports and performance activities to drive positive transformation. The role involves planning events, coordinating activities, and fostering an environment that promotes health, fitness, confidence, teamwork, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cheerleading, sports management, recreation, or program coordination
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for sports and recreational activities with a community-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in cheer highly encouraged
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience coaching cheerleading (youth level preferred)
Genuine passion for working with children of diverse skill levels and backgrounds
Flexibility and willingness to travel (we cover all coach travel, accommodations, and equipment)

Readiness to complete necessary background checks (including military-specific clearances as required)
High energy, patience, and excellent communication to foster encouraging, enjoyable environments
Skills
Highly skilled in cheerleading techniques including tumbling, stunting, jumps, dance, cheers, and routines
