Job Summary
Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Youth Care Worker - Nights at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida. Located near the stunning beaches of Southeast Florida, Palm Beach Youth Academy provides a healing environment for at-risk males with evidence-based mental health and substance abuse services.
Pay and Schedule
Starting at $19 per hour. Schedule includes 4 hours of guaranteed overtime each pay period.

Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of the Youth
- Monitor and document behaviors
- Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time
- Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- One-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education
- Possess a Driver’s License
