About the role

Blue Skies is seeking full-time Youth Care Workers to join their positive and supportive team. The ideal candidate will help foster youth navigate their challenges in a fun and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities and teach daily routines
• Support foster youth in communicating their needs and goals
• Transport residents to appointments
• Engage foster youth in various activities

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Predictive Index assessments required

Pay
