What You Will Do
- Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth.
- Monitor and document behaviors.
- Monitor and join the Youth during Sports and Recreation time.
- Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education OR have one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Schedule
- Currently work 3.5 days per week.
- Example Shifts: 7 am to 8 pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; 8 hours on Wednesday; B Shift works 7 am to 8 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
- This gives our Youth Care Workers 3.5 days off each week.
