About the role
Join Methodist Home for Children as a Youth Care Worker at our Assessment Center in Winston-Salem. You’ll be a mentor, role model, and daily support for youth ages 10–17 as they work toward positive change.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide youth during their stay
- Lead engaging activities and life skills programming
- Implement individualized service plans
- Create a safe, positive, and respectful environment
- Demonstrate strong ethics, compassion, and professionalism

Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid NC driver's license
- Pass background checks and drug screening
