What You’ll Do
- Provide daily support, discipline, and guidance to teens transitioning out of youth detention.
- Teach life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and responsibility.
- Help teens learn hands-on agricultural work.
- Coach and mentor teens in their personal and professional development.
- Be a steady presence in teens’ lives.

What We’re Looking For
- 25+ and ready to lead by example
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Experience with youth or related fields preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Willingness to train and learn (First Aid, CPR, crisis response, etc.)
- Integrity, reliability, and a real passion for helping others succeed
