We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes purpose & impact, responsibilities, essential functions, other functions, physical requirements, education, experience, skills, other, principle accountabilities, why work for LSF (benefits). We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. No Pay or Schedule unless stated. Schedule is given: "The required schedule for this role is 3pm-11pm!" So we can include Schedule section. Pay not mentioned, so omit. Benefits are described: "Amazing benefits package including: ..." So Benefits section. About the role could be purpose & impact. Responsibilities: essential functions and other functions. Requirements: education, experience, maybe physical requirements? Could be Qualifications. Skills: skills section. We'll need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, background screening, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We'll need to extract content. Let's parse: - Vision statement: "Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) envisions a world where children are safe, families are strong, and communities are vibrant." Could be part of About the role. - "LSF is looking for a talented Youth Care Specialist who want to make an impact in the lives of youth ages 0-18!" That's about role. - "The required schedule for this role is 3pm-11pm!" => Schedule. - "Purpose & Impact: This position has the responsibility of ensuring quality care for youth ages 0-18. The individual holding this position monitors daily activities of residents and informs the Program Manager of programmatic issues on a daily basis." => About the role. - "Responsibilities include supervising shelter residents intakes and monitoring necessary paperwork for the Centralized Intake component. This is a direct service delivery position. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work." => Responsibilities. - "Essential Functions:" list many bullet-like sentences. We'll turn each into

  • . - "Other Functions:" list. - "Physical Requirements:" list. - "Education: HS Diploma or equivalent." - "Experience: This is an entry level position. Experience working with youth in an organized/structured setting is preferred, at the discretion of Supervisor/Manager." - "Skills:" list. - "Other:" list (CPR/First Aid etc.) - "Principle Accountabilities:" list. - "Why work for LSF?" benefits list. We need to map to sections: About the role: purpose & impact + vision + looking for. Responsibilities: essential functions + other functions + maybe direct service delivery note. Requirements: education + experience + maybe physical requirements? Could be Qualifications. But we have Qualifications heading allowed. Could put education/experience under Qualifications. Physical requirements maybe under Requirements? But we have Requirements heading. Let's decide: - About the role: purpose & impact, vision, looking for. - Responsibilities: essential functions + other functions. - Requirements: education + experience. - Qualifications: skills + other (CPR etc.)? Or maybe Skills heading for skills, and Qualifications for certifications? But we have Skills heading allowed. We'll use Skills for skills list. Qualifications could be for education/experience? Actually we already used Requirements for education/experience. Qualifications could be for physical requirements? Hmm. Better to follow typical: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (skills/certifications), Benefits, Schedule. We'll put Skills under Qualifications? But we have Skills heading allowed; we can use Skills for skills list. Qualifications could be for physical requirements? Not sure. Let's use: - About the role - Responsibilities - Requirements (education + experience) - Qualifications (skills + other certifications + physical requirements?) Might be too much. But we must not create thin sections. Let's combine physical requirements into Requirements? Could be part of Requirements. However physical requirements are not exactly education/experience but still a requirement. We'll include them under Requirements as a list. Thus: Requirements: education, experience, physical requirements. Qualifications: skills, other (CPR etc.), principle accountabilities? Actually principle accountabilities are more like responsibilities. But we already have responsibilities covering essential functions. Principle accountabilities could be part of Responsibilities as well. But to avoid duplication, we could include them under Responsibilities as well. Simplify: Responsibilities: essential functions + other functions + principle accountabilities. Requirements: education + experience + physical qualifications. Skills: skills list. Benefits: benefits. Schedule: schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content. Now extract content precisely. Let's copy text and extract. Vision sentence: "Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) envisions a world where children are safe, families are strong, and communities are vibrant." Looking for: "LSF is looking for a talented Youth Care Specialist who want to make an impact in the lives of youth ages 0-18!" Purpose & Impact: "This position has the responsibility of ensuring quality care for youth ages 0-18. The individual holding this position monitors daily activities of residents and informs the Program Manager of programmatic issues on a daily basis." Responsibilities include supervising shelter residents intakes and monitoring necessary paperwork for the Centralized Intake component. This is a direct service delivery position. But we duplicated some items (detects etc). Might be okay but we could avoid duplication by merging. However we must preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay if it's in original? The original had both essential functions and principle accountabilities overlapping. We could keep both but might be repetitive. To avoid too much repetition, we could keep essential functions and other functions, and principle accountabilities could be omitted as they overlap. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit principle accountabilities, we lose that info. However the info is largely covered elsewhere; but to be safe, we could include them
