Responsibilities

• Monitor clients and enforce rules
• Plan and conduct activities
• Conduct intake and discharge procedures
• Complete required documentation
• Intervene during crises and maintain safety protocols
• Assist with meals and chores
• Follow emergency procedures
• Participate in training
• Report suspected abuse
• Collaborate with team members
• Occasional use of personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• High school diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Relevant experience
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Certification compliance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist with restraints
