Youth Baseball Coach

i9 Sports offers recreational youth sports in St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River counties. Our focus is on fun and sportsmanship for the kids, and convenience and organization for the adults.

About the role

We are currently hiring T-Ball/Baseball staff for our Saturday-only program for children ages 3-6. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Help coaches run practices before games and facilitate the game.
• Assist with volunteer coaches and players.
• Communicate with participants and parents throughout the season.

Requirements

• Understand basic rules (expertise not required).
• Must have transportation, cell phone, and email access.
• Extremely reliable, responsible, and organized.
• Energetic and able to relate well to parents and players (children as young as 3).
• Clean background check.
• Ability to work every Saturday during our 8-week season.
