Compensation

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour

About the role

We are a nationally recognized children's soccer program serving families across Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks. With 100+ local program sites and serving 13,000+ children in 2024, our mission is to positively impact children's lives through soccer.

Responsibilities

• Teach soccer skills to children aged 2–8
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate training programs
• Work closely with parents and other staff members
• Adapt coaching methods based on individual child needs

Requirements

• Passion for working with children aged 2–8
• Energetic, reliable, and coachable individuals
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
• Experience with children is a plus (training provided)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of soccer rules and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations

Skills

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Effective communication and teaching abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience and understanding towards young children
