Job Duties

• Greet members as they enter the branch and provide professional, high‑quality service, handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner, or direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance.
• Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately.
• Accurately balance the cash drawer on a daily basis.
• Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people daily.
• Punctuality and a neat, professional appearance.
• Intermediate mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.
• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required.

Pay

The pay for this role is $15.25 – $22.13 per hour, with the starting rate based on related experience and qualifications.
