YOUTH AND WORSHIP PASTOR

About the role

This is a combination position encompassing Youth Pastor (grades 7-12) and Worship Leader. The role involves regular teaching, discipleship, and relationship building with an active youth group that participates in camp, missions trips, and other activities. The youth ministry facilities include a full-size gym.

Responsibilities

• Lead youth ministry (approximately 60% of the job), including teaching, discipleship, and relationship building
• Lead weekly worship on Sunday mornings
• Provide general oversight for other music, sound, and media ministry leaders
• Work with a worship band in a blended worship format
• Coordinate with existing music volunteers

Qualifications

• Experience in youth ministry and worship leadership
• Ability to teach and disciple teenagers
• Skills in leading worship and overseeing music ministry

Pay

$47,000–$53,000 plus benefits
